Subject: WWII Weekend

Our father, Raymond F. Alm, was a 2nd Btn. Ranger who landed DDay on Omaha Beach. He and our mother Audrey were active all of their lives after the war in the Ranger Battalions Association. My brother Don and I attended the bi-annual Ranger reunions for many years with Mom and Dad and have fond memories of so many of Dad's wartime comrades. Mom and Dad are both gone now. In their memories Don and I and other family members will be visiting WWII Weekend this year and are looking forward to meetings Rangers, new and old. To anyone reading this who knew Mom and Dad please respond to to arrange a get together at the WWII site.

With heartfelt greetings and thanks to every Ranger,

Gentleman I want to give you some big kudos to your website very impressive as well as user friendly. It's come a long way from the old one when I was a member of that fine outfit 2nd Rangers. Keep it up and this will be a great resource for me in the future.

Like the website, I am trying to do the same here in the UK, We are based in Hull mainly doing living history lessons for local schools.

As such the appearance and character of all members is vital.

Keep it up.

My grandfather was a Ranger with the 2nd battalion during the D-day invasion. He would be proud to know that what was accomplished there and campaigns that followed are not forgotton.

I'm really impressed with what you've done! The website looks fantastic and represents a "galactic jump" over our old site. Thanks for all the hard work.
